Persuading or convincing people to see things from your point of view can vary on difficulty depending on how well you address your topic and how open minded your friends and family are. First you should address your topic. Second you should state the positives about your topic then contradict the negatives with other positives or the other way around depending on your topic. Finally wrap everything together and come to a conclusion and state your purpose and your final opinion as well.

Foxconn vs. Oliver Twist
Foxconn
is a very well know business around the world. Its job is to help
assemble products that are in high demand. These things include the
Apple.inc products, such as the iPad, the iPhone, the iPod touch, and all other
apple products. This company is well known for beautifully completing the job
of assembling or putting together these devices. These devices are being built
by hand. People don’t stop to think and wonder who is assembling these devices.
The workers of Foxconn are pushed and forced to work hard. Workers work twelve
hour shifts seven days a week. Their living conditions aren’t that great
either. Workers of Foxconn have been worked so hard that they would commit
suicide by jumping off of the buildings. How did Foxconn solve the problem? They
made the workers sign a piece of paper promising they will not commit suicide. They
also placed nets around the top of the buildings. Foxconn has also been thought
to be employing children as young as twelve years old. Child labor is NOT ok.
Apple knows about these issues. Why don’t they do something about it? Is Foxconn
a good company or a bad one?
